Polypropylene panels are a commercial grade product that is made in Belgium. The panels have been used to make swimming pools overseas for 10 plus years. The 2” panels are shipped to B Squared Pools in Michigan. They cut, weld and fabricate the panels into building blocks which make up the 10”walls. The panels are also used to make steps, sun decks and benches.

Pools by DC Design takes these fabricated wall sections and attach them to a concrete foundation to complete the pool shell. Then we backfill with gravel and top off the walls with a concrete beam. Renolit reinforced PVC membrane is then welded in the pool to complete the waterproof finish.

A modular polypropylene pools is the least expensive fully in-ground swimming pool design we offer. It’s snap together design allows for quick installation combined with strength.
