We don’t just offer a prebuilt pool we stick in the ground like the majority of Texas pool builders. For our full size pools, we offer three different types of structural engineering options: fiberglass pools, ICF pools, and modular pools. This allows us to give you customized options at standard rates.

Urban Garden Pools
Historically, if you had a small backyard, the most you could hope for was a hot tub or small above-ground pool you buy from a retail store. Those days are in the past.
We offer custom urban garden pools to fit your backyard size and limitations.
What is an urban garden pool?
A pool designed for the urban life. It’s the features of a hot tub with the size and comfort of a full size pool. Our urban garden pools are set partially above-ground for minimal excavation – saving your trees from being removed and your backyard from being torn up for months. They are temperature regulated for all season swimming. It also includes a a highly visual water feature impact and landscaping for increased curb appeal. And the best price is that they’re set at an affordable price: starting at $40K.

ASR Pool Restoration
ASR, more commonly known as concrete cancer, is a severe defect causing concrete to crack and expand due to chemical reactions from select concrete that was poured between 2017-2023 in Central Texas. We are one of the only pool companies in Texas that is able to restore pools that have experienced this.

PVC membrane liners are commercial-grade and available in a wide range of styles that replicate the look of tile, plaster, stone, and brick. They are designed to resist staining, chemical wear, and surface deterioration—and they do not require frequent resurfacing like plaster finishes.

Single Crew
Our crew is based in Corpus Christi, TX and all of of our work is done in-house so that we can control the quality and timing. No subcontractors are used so there are no delays due to conflicting schedules or inexperienced workers on the work site. The owner of Pools by DC Design, Mark Teinert, is the site supervisor of each project. You will find him onsite and working with his crew to complete every project.
